Stargazer

It was a thrilling experience crafting Stargazer with the first graped we procured from Royer Vineyard in the southern volcanic hillsides of the Eola-Amity Hills. Even as the free-run juice came free of the berries in the press there was the distinct essence of mandarin orange and clementine. Those flavors of orange citrus endured the fermentation, and as the wine aged in neutral 500L barrels for 10 months those notes became floral and spiced. This dry riesling becomes one of our best ever, with flamboyant tropical aromatics that give way to a pure and elegant palate. Stargazer is radiant, refreshing, and expressive.
