Mïruvör Türyandę

Mïruvör Türyandę, which is Elvish for "Fortified Wine," is precisely that; this Port-style white wine is made from a blend of Gewürztraminer and Auxerrois grapes and was fortified with brandy distilled from Oregon Pinot Noir. It has 19% alcohol and 94 grams of natural residual sugar due to the arrested fermentation. It is rich and sweet but also lithe and elegant. It gives notes of lavender and vanilla. The flavors are of tropical pineapple alongside delicious caramel and honey. It is the perfect accompaniment with dessert or can be dessert on its only.
