This Chardonnay shows the incredible prowess of the 2023 vintage and the undeniable terroir of the Pearlstad Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Rocky mineral notes waft from from the wine like salt on the wind while supple notes of apricot and peach fruit emerge from the depths. It has radiant acidity that create great length in the structured and disciplined body. We pressed the grapes directly after picking and fermented this in 500L Damy Puncheons. For us, this is precisely the wine we set out to make as we undertook the craftsmanship of regal Willamette Valley Chardonnay.
