Darkmoon Lotus

This 2022 Viognier from Eola-Amity Hills AVA was fermented in neutral oak and underwent only partial malolactic fermentation, before being bottled early the following year. The resulting wine has the exuberant floral and fruit aromas that one might expect from Viognier, with less of the rich, oily texture that sometimes occurs with very ripe examples. It has radiant acidity and precision that we find invigorating.
