The 2021 Wolf Trapper exemplifies Riesling to us. It has a stoic, mineral core surrounded by ethereal glimpses of white flowers, honey, apricot, and pear that define its aromatics and flavor. This Articulate wine was grown in McMinnville AVA, where 35 year-old vines sit atop volcanic bedrock that spans from 300-600 foot elevation. The wine is fermented dry and aged in neutral french oak for 11 months.
