2021 Waxwing Chenin Blanc

The 2021 Waxwing Chenin Blanc is representative of an oasis amid desert, as this crisp, revitalizing wine was grown from the arid, dusty loam south of the Columbia Gorge. The wine has notes of honeycomb, beeswax, and white pepper that add a savory side to its fruit, which rings with notes of pear and nectarine. The acidity is bright while the structure is rich. The wine spent 11 months in a 500L Damy Puncheon.
